Upgraded to a junior suite which was very nice. Staff were all lovely. Rooftop bar had a good vibe, and amazing views. Had dinner and wasn’t disappointed.
If you’re driving there, please, please park up on the left when you get to the square. Go in and the staff will take you to the parking. Don’t do what we did, and drive round and round hoping to find it. You won’t.

Elegant historical building. Attractive rooftop restaurant with gorgeous views, especially at sunset. Excellent location. Spacious room. Very nice staff.
Communication prior to the visit wasn't very good and I had to chase each time I sent a message to get a response.

Ideal location to enjoy Almeria . Being right on the cathedral square was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Its location .
Two members of staff deserve a mention for their friendliness and being helpful - Maria Del Mar in the breakfast restaurant and Isa who works upstairs . Breakfast was very good.
We did not feel welcomed by the receptionist who checked us in. We were allocated a most disappointing room on the 5th floor and requested a change to one which was only moderately better.
