The location was excellent with beautiful views. The room was comfortable, although I expected more from a superior room in a hotel of this price range. Breakfast had a great selection.
The staff members were some of the rudest I have come across in my entire life. From checking in to checking out we were treated with utter disdain. Management has some work to do on employee satisfaction, clearly. Not even a bottle of complimentary water in the room. A huge disappointment, overall. i will not stay at a Parador again.
