Location is great, only a few minutes by feet from Roma Termini. It was quiet and the building lift works perfectly fine with many nice restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately during my stay the water was cut off from the whole building and they offered us a refund in case we want to check out earlier than intended (which isn't helpful cause you can't secure another place in short time with that price). Otherwise they could provide us with coupons to use the spa facilities at the gym across the street. Although I understand that the issue was out of their hands, it really did ruin my experience, after all, imagine coming back to your room after a long sunny day around Rome longing for a shower only to find the water cut off and you must carry all your stuff across the street to take a one.

Location was great
The property had no water, and you couldn’t flush. Toilet wasn’t clean for days.

Location was okay, there were plenty of restaurants and transport links to tourist places. Less than 5 min walk to termini.
Staff were mostly unhelpful, air conditioning barely worked, water pressure was bad, area did not feel entirely safe for a solo female traveller after dark.
