Staff on reception friendly and helpful with information. Breakfast was good and when factored into the cost of the hotel it saved one meal esting out
Blind in bedroom needs changing as frame loose and blind torn, but I wasnt expecting a modern hoell for the price paid

Hotel San Giuliano became my "quiet harbor" during my visit to Venice.
The welcome was exceptionally warm and heartfelt.
The place is very peaceful, cozy, and spotlessly clean.
It is located right next to the park and the Via Marghera fortress, which is wonderful for walks.
The location is very convenient – bus and tram stops connecting to the island part of Venice and the center of Mestre are very close by.
A dream come true!
I highly recommend it and I hope that we will see again soon!

The bus stop and the tram stops are very near, the tram is every 10 mins to go to Venezia. The staff is very friendly, polite and very helpful. The breakfast was fair.
The room needs maintenance! It looked old, the walls painting in some places went off, in other places the walls were simply dirty. In the shower i saw mold, little bit rusty shower handle. I also found one dead bug on the toilet floor. But the bed was comfortable, and as we have spent just one night there- that was fine.
