Room was pleasant and location was good. Only a few minutes on the tram to venice and car parking was good too.

The property is easy to find, and has parking behind the building. There was a lift that could take you up to the higher floors. The staff were very friendly even early in the morning for breakfast. There is a small tv in the room and a little balcony, the room is spacious. The breakfast had different options and was fresh, breakfast started at 7:30.
The walls in the rooms aren't very insulated, so you could hear the people around you, the floor is also slippery because they are tiles everywhere. The bed is quitw hard and the pillows thin, there is an extra pillow in the room but the bed being hard made it uncomfortable to sleep. The parking isnt gated off, it is still accessible to everyone.

Spacious rooms, good location close to a tram station that takes you to Venice, comfortable bed
Wifi is almost non existent; and one of the staff members is too rude on earth even to have a first conversation. When I asked him about wifi, his reaction was as if wifi is not even something that could be expected; he also made a few racist comments about my home country India. I wonder how the management allows this type of people to be at the front desk.
