Staff were super helpful. Taxi and other Apps are unreliable in Italy, but the hotel staff made sure we had all the help and information we needed. Transport info ordering taxis for us they were brilliant. Very communicative when messaging them. Reception 24 hours which due to delayed flights and a subsequent 2am check in really helped. Nothing was too much trouble super helpful. Also decent showers too which can be rare

Friendly hotel staff
Vannituba - the shower stall is too small.
At night it is noisy outside because of garbage containers opposite the hotel and groups of people in the square near the hotel

Friendly staff, good location and good value for money.
It was very loud during the night and hard to sleep. We were on the first floor and couldn't sleep.

We really liked the staff, breakfast and location.
There were tons of mosquitos in the bedroom. We stayed only one night with the kids but we could not sleep because of the bites. Some spraying of the room could be beneficial.
