Breakfast and pool were okay
The restaurant showcased in the pictures, info sheets with timings actually didn’t exist, which was the whole point of the booking since we wanted a quiet place without going out and we just wanted to enjoy the hotel.
The staff wasn’t really professional for the amount of money that we paid we expected a bit more- especially since we had a very old room with probably an infestation of wood animals and the girl who was at the reception at that time (probably not even working there I didn’t quite understand) she had no idea what the animals were and we let her come inside our room and she was mocking us salarying that we never heard simple wooden beams noise!! (If we hear noises coming from wooden beams it’s exclusively because of beetles. She said she could give us some earplugs to sleep and that was NOT the point. If I pay 150 euros for a night I expect at least to be accommodated in a different room possibly without animals in it!! Anyway, she said she would have checked for a solution and come back in 15 mins but she never did. Absolutely terrible
