Everything was very clean, nothing worn out. Good AC. Refrigerator available. Good location, just 1min from bus stop to Venice. Supermarkets and cafes very close. Good apartment locking system.
As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel as safe as I would have liked in the apartment location. Day or night, there are a lot of men outside, especially near the shops.

We got a relatively small room, but it was very nicely packed and with a small fridge, AC and bathroom that worked perfectly, taking showers was amazing since the water got hot very fast and could change the temperature instantly.
Close to the station and at least 3 bus stops, all could take you to venice central and back in 15 minutes, couldn’t visit everything without that easy transportation, if i ever come back to venice, this is the place i would choose.
