The property offered excellent accessibility to both tourist attractions and business districts.
Breakfast quality was good but lacked daily variation.

The room had ac, and the room was clean.
There was no kettle for hot water or tea/coffee sachets. The gel in shower area was over from previous occupancy and not replaced by housekeeping.

The location to transit into Venice was excellent.
The environment by the bus and train station was a little sketchy. Because of that we chose a secure parking garage for our car. It was a 10 minute walk away and we paid more for it. But it was worth it.

The location
We really didn't like the room; it was close to the lift and therefore we could hear people coming and going. The shower curtain was also really bad. It smelt really bad, it surely hasn't gotten changed in ages. Very disgusting.
