Staff were lovely and spoke English. The staff also provided locations for lunch/ dinner nearby. There were bus stops directly across from the hotel , however we booked a uber/ taxi to the cruise terminal
The tv was not a smart tv and therefore we were unable to access it. Not a major issue, :)

Receptionist was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. There is a bus going straight to Venice, no need to use the car.

It was good because the hotel is close to public transportation and the staff is friendly.
I didn't like the fact that the hotel is not isolated at all, we felt like we were living with everyone else. We could also hear every person who rang the bell even though we were on the 3rd floor.
