Everything just felt right. Room and bathroom, cleanness, breakfast, host. Nothing fancy just rightsized. I enjoyed it and would recommend.

Breakfast was decent. Home made deserts was great. The room and the place was really clean. Weather was cold but the room was warm enough.
It is in a very central location and still silent for night.
Overall everything was good. Maybe there could be a fridge in the room.

Perfect location- very safe, close to bus and tram, delicious breakfest.
