The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two adults and two children.
The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options.
The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful including assisting us with the bus tickets.
The bus station to Venice is very close to the hotel.
The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was not particularly appealing, and I would not feel entirely comfortable returning by bus late at night.
The restaurant was pleasant and served good food, but the service was quite slow.

It is very close to the bus stop for Venezia , clean hotel , nice breakfast with parking . Nice stay if someone is with car
