The place is a very good location if you are not going to Venice.
You have everything that you need in a walking distance.
The breakfast was delicious.
The employees were very nice and friendly.

Its not my first time staying at Leonardo hotels worldwide. The mestre one is the simplest im comparison to the one in Barcelona, that one is luxurious. I booked this one in Mestre thinking it will be the same, in terms of facilities, breakfast etc. but that was not the case.
The room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ordinary.
The view was disastrous it was on the roof of the building nearvy so basically no view at all. And for all I mentioned above in "what I liked", pricewise it is expensive.

Excellent location - right by the station to go to Venice or come from other locations in Italy
I think you’re paying for the location - during the high-season everything seems quite over-priced in Venice (in terms of cost vs quality) and this was no exception. It covered the basics, staff were friendly, but it wasn’t a comfortable / luxurious stay.
