The location was great right on the square
Continental breakfast had a really good choice beds were comfortable.
There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room also only one English Channel bbc news, another channel would have been appreciated as we were in the room most evenings by 9.30 pm.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help in every way. We had the Loft and the Aircon upstairs was playing up and they swiftly gave us a second room. Great location very easy to.get around.
I would have liked to see more hot food options in the breakfast options.

Great location . Right in the middle of the square.
Staff need to be more hospitable . From reception to kitchen / breakfast staff not one smile in our one day stay .
Coffee machine in breakfast room is in the wrong position . Should be moved from the doorway where people and staff are coming and going .
