This is a hotel strictly when you need to be close to the Venice airport. It is not a destination, hotel by any means. For its purpose, it was very practical. I had a very early 5 AM flight. And it’s the closest hotel to the airport.
It’s in a bit of a rundown area. But again, it’s very practical for the airport. The taxi drivers try to scam you to get to the hotel, which is only 2 km from the airport maybe one guy tried to charge me €60 the hotel manager said they shouldn’t charge more than €25 which is still a lot of money for less than five minutes from the airport

I was looking for a one night accommodation before very early flight from Marco Polo airport. I had a rented car, there was no problem with finding any parking spot. Hotel is super close to the airport, everything is really nice. Staff is super friendly - they even accept Revolut payment for city tax, which was superb convenient. Room was nice, I need to set up alarm clock to 3:30 AM, but for quick night before flight - 10/10.

Easy access to public buses and a coffee shop right under the hotel (all rooms are on second floor). Decor is nice. Manager was friendly. Bed comfortable (king). Full size desk and chair for working. Refrigerator available. Cozy local beer/pizza place where locals hang out one block away.
There was no heat. I was there 6 - 9 October and nights were chilly. When I asked about getting some heat I was told it wouldn't be turned on until 20 October. I was not offered a space heater either. Limited dining nearby. One nice restaurant/wine bar across the street, and another restaurant about two blocks away that told me I needed a reservation when I walked in at opening time. It was totally empty.
