Modern, clean hotel. Good breakfast, handy shop with the basics also. Spacious and comfy room, excellent shower. Easy to find.
Requires the Vaporetto to access Venice (€9.50 per trip), luggage storage has to be paid for also.

Établissement très propre, était très confortable. Les déjeuners étaient très bon et il y avait beaucoup de choix.
Très intéressant d’avoir le restaurant à l’hôtel si tu n’as pas le goût de sortir pour manger.
L’établissement est dans un secteur très tranquille
Le temps d’attente à la réception, c’était très long

Easy for the Marathon. Breakfast OK
Very cold in the rooms and no possibility to put the heating system on (according to city rules). We were in another hotel after where there was a heating system working, so not sure they could not bring another solution to satisfy clients… we receive only excuses… The hotel is also suggesting to save water … but it takes 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower… just a bit inconsistent… We will never go back there !
