Front desk and breakfast staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Location and staff. Decent breakfast.
You need to ask the clerk to switch on/off the a/c, which is neither comfortable, nor practical. The access, through a very narrow street, is dark and, since it’s also the path to reach other lodgings, some rooms become really noisy.
Someone had pee and didn’t flush the toilett, apart from leaving stains on the floor. That was absolutely annoying.
We were told that the lock had just broken and not to lock the door. Despite assuring someone would repair it the next day, during our three night staying nobody did it.

The staff were friendly. We asked to change our room and Giovanni did this for us asap.
There was no fan in the bathroom.
The breakfast was very poor with few options, and in the breakfast room you could always smell detergent.
