Great location, just a very short walk from the station, on a quiet and peaceful side street. The staff were very friendly, with a 24 hour reception, and always very kind and responsive. The sheets and towels were spotless, and the room was generally very clean as well.
The room feels dated and somewhat thrown together, with impractical furniture and very soft mattresses. The window didn’t close properly and there was no kettle or anything beyond the basics. I understand Venice prices are generally high, but a little more attention to the room’s comfort and coziness would make a big difference.

Nice location. Close to train station. Free luggage storage. Nice views from the 4th floor windows. Walking distance to attractions.

Location close to train station and easy to get around, felt very safe
The shower was falling apart, bathroom definitely needed some maintenance
