Good location from train station (not too far away to drag luggages while walking elevated bridges in Venice). Automatic check-in was possible, no person needed at the reception, but you need to message via whats app with provided phone number, not booking messages (quite responsive to all messages). Apartment was clean, no smell coming from bathroom or any sort of mold problem in the hotel (as it is the usual problem in Venice).Wifi was working through the stay. AC worked and it was a saving grace during the heatwave in Italy.
Only one - quite steep stairs. I think for people with limited mobility it would be a problem to get in the building. There is stairs to reach from street level to reception in building, and then there is additional set ot quite steep stairs if you are living in second floor. While I am not an old person, but it was tiresome coming up and down the stairs everytime.

Very accessible as the location was just a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station (no need to walk so far or take the water taxi). The room had air conditioning which you can control, a cabinet, and fridge. Self check in was easy and staff was responsive.
No elevator, it was hard to bring up the luggages because the stairs were also tight, and the room was a bit smaller than I expected, we had a had a hard time opening our luggages. The bathroom was a bit small too especially the shower area. The shower area would clog and not drain the water properly and the shower head would always fall.
Overall the hotel was a bit expensive for what it was, but maybe because it was towards the summer season already. We only really chose this hotel because we need a place near the bus station since we had an early morning flight.

Location easy to find and a 5 min walk from train station. Lovely restaurant below and at end of lane. Staff were pleasant via text. Comfy beds.
It was nearly 40deg and the old AC just stopped halfway through the night. The remote control for it didn't work at all. No fans were provided. Room was really small, bathroom tiny. Ok if you are traveling with kids but we were 3 adults. Steep narrow staircase to access.
