Beautiful property. Very clean rooms. The restaurant staff were amazing! My nephew has a tree nut/peanut allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure he was safe. They prepared all his food from scratch in the kitchen to avoid any possible cross-contamination.
You could hear the adjoining rooms bathrooms.

Room was warm on a freezing night,; nice ( historic ) premises and a very nic eroom
we were stopping overnight en-route for an appointment. Arriving late the restaurant was full but the bar meals were OK, couldn't get a cup of coffee before we left at 7am as the cafe/bar wasn't open , no kettle in the room and not even a vending machine -probably OK if you are on a leisurely holiday but we'll find another route next time
