nice big room, comfortable beds, staff really nice, gym very good, food good. great club lounge good food, but only wine or beer, no diet coke
we were assigned a club room on 10th floor, and even though we had asked for a quiet room location, it was very noisy with loud music playing all night from the night clubs on the river opposite. we complained the next day, where we moved to a room on the opposite side of the hotel on 20th floor. staff were very helpful. in the club lounge food very good but choice of drinks poor. pool is in shade till 1pm / 2pm

Good breakfast and a great location facing the Nile. Helpful staff
Excellent scenery from the lounge and a nice setup.

Location, view from the panoramic rooms was amazing.
The noise in the reception. The hotel has several night clubs and at night, drunk people are all over the place. We’ve witnessed fights, people leaving the hotel with alcohol bottles etc
