It was centrally located from all attractions, breakfast was good, also a lot of food options around, woeking ac and very kind and helpful staff. The staffs made the hotel very welcoming and made this hotel top rated in my opinion.
A lot of street noise until 3-4am at night. Some shops play loud music way past 2am. The lower floors are supposed to have double pane windows but that didn’t help much. Had trouble sleeping. Not the property’s fault. Otherwise very happy with our stay.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with modern and attractive furniture. The bed was spacious and extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets, as well as a large and thick duvet that made sleeping very relaxing.
The bathroom was well-finished, and both hot and cold water were always available with excellent pressure. There were no drainage issues at all. The rooms are equipped with modern, quiet air conditioning that works perfectly.
Breakfast was excellent, varied, and more than sufficient.
One of the best things about the hotel is its outstanding location in the heart of Downtown, where everything important is very close by. This is a huge advantage that easily makes up for the usual downtown noise during peak hours.
The second and most important advantage is the hotel staff, who are among the best I have ever encountered in hotels in Egypt. They are genuinely dedicated to the comfort of guests 24h and respond to every request with professionalism and kindness, even room change requests whenever needed. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff, was extremely polite, respectful, and always attentive to our comfort and the comfort of our family.
In my opinion, this is one of the best Downtown hotels in this category, and it offers excellent value for money considering the quality and level of service provided.
