- room was new and clean
- gym + more
- neighborhood is great and fun
- proximity to beach
- light in room's balcony which turn at night without getting shut until late => tried to ask reception to turn it off took me a whole negotiation to make them understand => Rafa (reception manager) helped but was not cooperative at first.
- Food s good although i would love to have a clear mention if meat is halal or not without needing to question each member of the kitchen staff
- Parking is not free and residency does not grant you a price advantage (costs 15 euro for a whole day)
- I hate wearing that silly bracelet.

Great location, not too far from the airport, the city, the front beach walk.
Great staff for kids, and families.
Buffet food was good.
Groceries store at the entrance of the hotel, great for last min amenities.
Hotels rooms can be a little bit old.
We could not turn off the bathroom lighting due to broken switches.
Hotel room bay windows and doors are not very soundproof, so you can hear everyone in HD until 1-2 am. ( Difficulties for kids to sleep in)
Bartenders by the pool uses a coin system to get drinks in order to save the planet with reusable cups. Don't forget to take back those coins. Otherwise if you uses 1€ as a deposit, they won't give you back! ITS A SCAM!
6€ for a coke god Danm it. Better get your own booze at the groceries store outside!

Bar staff was rude when asked for ice.
Had to ask Restaurant staff 3times for a drink to be delivered.
Shower made so much nosies and reception did nothing about it.
Cleaner just opened the door in the morning while we were sleeping.
We could not play with beach ball in the pool.
Lounge was dirty, and also got warning note that we could not reserve it for more than an hour if not returned to the lounge.
