Very pleasant staff, general cleanliness. A little extra reinvest every year. Quietness of "Adults Only" Marco. Lovely variety of seating areas.
Only -ve, the "towel police" still rankles - with other guests as well. Not talking of "bed blocking" for a whole day, but when personal possessions, inc shoes, books, clothes, all lifted before 11am.
(I was returning a rental to the airport as quickly as possible.) Not a good look for a hotel that prides itself on guest loyalty. And - for the size of the complex - one bed / guest shouldn't be a problem. Since "walk-ins" are now controlled.

All staff were professional, pleasant and polite from check in to check out. The hotel was spotless, smelt amazing was clean, tidy and fresh. All amenities were well signed and easy to find.

Location rooms comfy and nice and cool
Pool area not very clean only on 5 day did it get cleaned. Lack of management present around pool. +16 pool rule and no jumping diving not followed, cigarette butts on pool area floor and broken loungers and ripped umbrellas. Also, the towels are a bit tired and to pay extra to refresh cheap! Speaking of, towels hanging on balconies and placing clothes lines made the resort look tacky. Some of staff were unfriendly and unhelpful bordering on rude
