The rooms were clean and the half board was worth it.
The pool was small and the hotel was far from the beach. The hotel roof was short and it did not have the full facilities of a 4-star hotel.

Great location, clean and staff very friendly. Rooms slightly dated with the furniture and a but on the small.side for 3+ people, lifts are also not suitable for the amount of guests. Overall nice hotel, pool, grounds but the location is its best asset in my opinion.

Genuinely a good hotel for the price. We weren't expecting too much considering we didn't pay much either, especially considering we went at the start of August. Pool was good, plenty of sunbeds. Room was a little dated but had a spacious balcony and beds were comfy.
Although it is of course not an adults-only hotel, the music / dancing in the pool twice a day is a bit excessive. The same music, same dances; it's fun the first time, then it got a bit annoying. The room was cleaned regularly, but (and I think this was just a mistake) we didn't get fresh towels when needed and our room wasn't cleaned daily either.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is nice but there were some things featured every day such as burgers/hotdogs, but there is a good selection. The location is good; not far from the beach and there is a lift nearby to get from the main road down to the beach level (with a short walk). Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean.
Despite there being four lifts available they are very slow and seem to stop off on random floors rather than being programmed to convey people properly. It seemed to take ages to get up and down the floors as we were on floor 8. I suggest requesting a low floor. The pool area is smaller than I expected and gets full very quickly. There aren't enough umbrellas to give everyone the choice of shade or sun. It can also get quite loud because everyone, including the kids pool, is in a small space. This includes the rooftop pool/sun-bed area.
That said, I heard they are closing the hotel after the 2026 summer season to refurbish the hotel because Leonardo recently took over.
