Hôtel magnifique avec un rooftop de rêve !!!

Le rooftop au 10 ème étage, l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, un grand merci à Counchi à la réception pour sa gentillesse, sa conscience professionnelle et sa réactivité, la grande classe ! La situation et la vue de l’hôtel, il est magnifique ! 👍👍👍

L’absence de chausson dans la chambre, pour un 4 étoiles c’est radin.

Nem szóltak előre, hogy ami miatt fogllatuk ezt a szállást, (jackuzzi) az nem elérhető számunkra.

Közel volt a tengerpart.

Ok- den Preis nicht wert, und bloß nicht mit Kindern unter 18.

Die Lage ist super, das Restaurant und Rezeption Personal freundlich. Frühstück super. Aber ehrlicherweise würde ich nicht mehr hinfahren.

Es gibt in Wahrheit ein kleines Pool mit Schatten und wenn man ein Kind mit hat unter 18 ist es kein gutes Hotel. Weder das indoor Pool darf man nutzen noch das Pool am Dach. Man ist daher in dem Riesen Hotel sehr eingeschränkt. Ich habe mich kurz unterhalten mit einer Hotel Dame und die hat mich dann auch nur schlau belehrt das es drin steht, aber weder freundlich gefragt ob man irgendwie den Aufenthalt fürs Kind besser machen kann wenn das einzige unbeheitzte Pool im Schatten ist. Sie meinte quasi Pech. Sie hat einen runtergerasselt und Richtlinien erklärt. Ich hab nicht erwartet das sie uns ins andere Pool lässt, aber es war sehr belehrend und unangenehm und sie fragte nach der Zimmer Nummer und ich denke Umgang mit Kunden ist nicht ihr Ding. alles in allem ist das kein Hotel wo Kinder sich willkommen fühlen unter 18. Auch die Zimmer sind eher alt, die Dichtungen vergilbt, der Vorhang schmutzig, klar ist es im Süden am Meer immer so eine Sache… aber da gibt es 3 andere Hotels in torrem. dir besser waren.

10 a booking che ha risolto un problema organizzativo!! Struttura ottima. La posizione è molto comoda anche per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici. Il cibo proposto nel buffet è di buonissima qualità. Le camere pulite e accoglienti.

Corporate hotel with average rooms but really good food.

Food is great! Really very good, thank you.

The rooms are very ordinary. I was told on check-in that I'd been given an upgrade but the room was nothing special at all - bland, corporate decor/furnishings - while the sea view left a lot to be desired.

Das schönste Hotel an der Promenade

Schönes modernes und helles Hotel. Frühstück war klasse, alles was das Herz begehrt und perfekt organisiert bei der Platzvergabe bei vollem Haus.

Im Zimmer und Bad waren bei Ankunft leider viele lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden. Der Reinigungsservice hat aber prompt darauf reagiert und gereinigt. Der hohe Spiegel im Bad war nur teils gereinigt (wo man halt so ohne Hilfsmittel hinkommt). Im Bad gab es leider keine Kosmetiktücher. Ein bisschen enttäuscht war ich beim Check In, da niemand auf meinem Mann seinen Geburtstag reagiert hat.

Great location for chilling by the beach, and the hotel itself has everything you really need

A large range of facilities and the rooftop areas are great for chilling away from the busy seafront area

The rooms are probably due a refurb but not a huge issue

Ich war dort...

Das Deluxe Doppel-/Zweibettzimmer hatte ganz bestimmt keine 32 m2! Das Zimmer war mit ca 25 C° überheizt! Keine Funktionierende Klima Anlage im Zimmer! Es gab zwar einen Kaffeekocher, aber trotz Nachfrage wurde keine einzige Flasche Trinkwasser auf das Zimmer gebracht! Musste selber gekauft werden! Was soll man von einem Hotel halten, dass sich nicht einmal eine Toilettenbürste im Zimmer leisten kann... sorry mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen!

Demasiado caro para a experiencia que foi.

Localização muito boa! Gostei do programa de entretenimento, da estética e boa conservação do edifício. O tamanho do quarto e a privacidade. Rooftop e piscinas exteriores.

Pequeno almoço pobre em qualidade, Frutas muito verdes, cozinhados sem sabor. Muita oferta mas pouca qualidade. Não gostei do facto do SPA ser pago, penso que não havendo piscina interior, seria o mínimo os hospedes poderem usar o SPA livremente. Por fim, o pior de tudo foi o isolamento acústico do quarto (2929) que fazia expansão do ruido de portas e até conversas dos hospedes vizinhos, e de hospedes a conversar no corredor de acesso aos elevadores, não permitindo qualquer tipo de descanso a partir das 6:00.

beau séjour dans ce tres bel hotel.....jamais déçu par la chaine Melia et ses beaux etablissements

bel hotel,emplacement parfait en bord de mer,personnel professionnel et attentionné,petit déjeuner copieux,animations le soir au bar sympa

le manque de place de parking dans la rue....mais c'est général a Torremolinos....et puis la piscine du rooftop pas chauffée en octobre....

The food and drinks were fab

The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms weren't really sound proof. When we checked in the staff were lovely but they told us nothing about the hotel and where things were. We had to ask people where they got their towels for the pool (it's in the spa)

The location and beds

The room key was constantly demagnetized., I had to go to another block of the hotel to resolve it, it annoyed me a lot. The lounge service was terrible, guys messed up with orders and didn't speak English. Awful food at the lounge as well as poor breakfast!

I loved the location of the hotel. Right on the beach and nestled between restaurants and gift shops. Walking distance to town and all the bars and attractions.

This is one of those enormous all inclusive hotels with a rooftop pool on one tower and another rooftop pool on the other tower. We were allowed to use only one of the two. 👎🏻 The room I was given that corresponded with my booking was small and the partial ocean view was so partial it was 20% only. I changed rooms for a corner junior suite in the front of the building with 160° views of the Mediterranean and it was great! The upgrade cost me an additional 80 euros a day and that was fine. However, whoever strayed in the suite prior to my arrival must have spilled a bottle of cologne because the room had a heavy stench of cologne that wouldn’t go away for the entire 4 days we were there.

Very comfortable and entertainment good at night time. Relaxing holiday

Stayed on the level. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Staff very efficient and professional.

Very small bathroom , no shower caps. No milk jugs for tea or coffee. Chiringuito and beach beds as part of hotel were closed for renovations. Was not informed before trip.

Breakfast was great Room organised and tidy Pool good but cold and too small…

The Spanish attention and attitude was off, they really don’t know anything about English or American serving skills. Moody faces around the place. The best attention was from the girl on the spa, smily and resourceful. Sadly the outside pool and the spa pool were cold. It was sunny but windy so it makes no sense to have cold water all around the place. I had the best time in the room shower tho. Also when we arrived I asked the receptionist if it was a whole bed for the 2 of us or 2 beds placed together, and he said “yes, it’s a king size” And it wasn’t so That was a complete disappointment You do not have to lie if you don’t know the answer So as a whole experience… It was completely mediocre
