Ideally located directly across from the beach , next to matagorda shopping Center , well maintained bungalows , staff very friendly , sunbeds on terrace so no sunbed wars .

Comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was there. Particularly liked how private and quiet the bungalow in block 8 was. Sun terrace by pool was wonderful.
Door to terrace was a bit sticky to open - minor maintenance issue. Also wondered about the wisdom of printing appt address on key ring?

The location was right on the sea front and very close, maybe too close, to the Commercial centre. Everything was in touching distance
The apartment itself was very old styled. Looks like it wasn't done up in 30 years. There was a slight opening at the bottom of the door which allowed access to ants. The noise from the commercial centre is a lot and noise comes from 9am to 3am in the morning. I understand that this is due to businesses but if the apartment got upgraded they could cut out some of the noise . The air-conditioning is good but doesn't really have any effect on the rear bedroom. Would stay in Las Gaviotas again but would rather be a bit further away from the commercial centre. In the newer complex.

Was a nice little apartment, comfy bed quite hard but I like that.
A bit dated in living/kitchen area.
Ants roaming the place, had to move bed away from the wall to stop them getting on the bed.
