The location offered one of the most picturesque views I have ever seen and very convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and always willing to assist. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the buffet service staff was perfect.
The room felt very organic, with wooden decorative touches.
Some pools in the spa were not clean enough, and the price was a bit high.

Clean, food was excellent, ski facilities in hotel were great.
We booked a quadruple room and it was very small and far too small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenage children). It felt that they’d only market this room for 4 at peak periods as they weren’t able to provide 4 chairs for the balcony as apparently there were no spare chairs anywhere in the hotel -we only had two for the 5 nights we stayed. I’d advise anyone booking this property to carefully check the published room sizes.
