All facilities were great
The key took a number of times to work and had to be changed at reception each day.
The bar is expensive when you can go to a local bar for a fraction of the price

Amazing atmosphere at the hotel for Christmas. Great location for skiing. Staff was very attentive and we were well looked after. We loved the spa, overall a great experience. We would definitely go back.
The only complaint we had was the room temperature. It was extremely hot, so hot that we couldn’t sleep the first night and we even had to open the window with outside temperature of -4 degrees to reduce the heat. Heat regulator knob of the bathroom was broken but they fixed it the next day when we informed them. However we felt like a night of relaxed was wasted due to this…. Never in my life I’ve experienced a sleepless night due to overheating. It was warmer than a hot summers night.

The room was quite nice although it was a bit hot inside. The breakfast is perfect, spa was okay. The location and Mountain View is amazing. It might need some renovation inside.
We were expecting a terrace, service, fireplaces and some music at the hotel since it has a super nice Mountain View to enjoy. There is not much to do inside of the hotel.
