Gorgeous hotel in an excellent location near old town. Staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, even surprising us with little delights in our room each day. The complementary pilates and yoga classes in the garden were a bonus. The concierge was very helpful when planning excursions and dinners. Would definitely stay here again!

Superb location, excellent facilities, absolutely spotless.Fantastic breakfast, very attentive staff. Wonderful outdoor pool with great views. A real 5 * hotel in every sense.
All of the staff are well trained in hospitality services and a credit to the manager. The general manager Ms Platt, obviously keeps her feet on the floor ,as she was working along side her team for the breakfast shift at the weekend. All in all a super hotel and when in Malta it is our new go to hotel.
There is nothing negative to say.

Lovely room. Excellent pool staff, enjoyed our lunches there and had very pleasant experiences overall at the pool.
Very good breakfast choice.
We arrived tired at 22.00. There was nowhere open in the hotel to eat. We were directed to the Beef Bar but told there that it was too late. We tried to use the room phone for room service but couldn’t get it to work. We learned the next day that we should have ‘pressed the green button’. How were we expected to know that?
The safe in our room didn’t work. Despite reporting it at Reception, nothing happened. After 2 nights we reported it again and maintenance replaced the safe very efficiently. But, we shouldn’t have had to ask twice.
Very pleasant staff in the dining room but poorly coordinated so no one seemed to know what we’d ordered or who was bringing it.
