Great location, modern feel to room.
The one lift that felt it was in constant use and at times waiting seemed excessively long. Stairs behind lift well blocked on the ground floor by rubbish sacks and dirty laundry. Surely a fire regs violation? Dirty marks around light switches. Poorly fixed light fittings, marked walls and shower screen leaked.

The artwork. That’s about it.
Where to start? No storage in the room or in the bathroom, no place to put toiletries in the shower, our sink was chipped, the wall in our room had long scratches in it, the bed was pretty small, it was very noisy at night and in the morning (we were on the fourth floor), the door to our room had to be slammed shut (which I’m sure disturbed our neighbours) and the breakfast was pitiful.
