Great location, spacious rooms. Overall very friendly staff
Service was unfortunately very slow at breakfast (the last was great though when present). Our breakfast on the first day took was nearly two ours in total and drinks were served just before we left. The floor in front of our room (staircase) was painted during our stay but the signage was placed on the wrong side leading to us stepping in to the paint. The bathroom was not fully closed which can be a bit uncomfortable in a twin room.

Great location,
Breakfast next door at the Rosselli was really good - very elegant!
Quiet room
At check in we were told the rooms were next to each other -303 & 304. Technically this may be true but involved completely different lifts.
Not a problem apart from wasting a bit of time.
Air con unit difficult to work out.
