I thought all the staff were so helpful & Friendly. They really were very welcoming and gave me a quick briefing of the area which was very helpful.
The lift was very slow and small. It needs upgraded. The hotel is not accessible for wheel chair users which did not cause me any problem but if I was travelling with my partner it would have.

Very good value. Well located. Super quiet. The little window is good. It opens into an outside service duct which means you can have it open without anyone getting in or looking in. No view but nice fresh air. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. My room was ready before checkin time. Opas restaurant at the hotel has very good meals and happy our all afternoon. The room is small but adequate. Has a kettle and tea/coffee. Perfect for the solo budget traveller. Breakfast is excellent and substantial buffet.
Hallways could do with brightening up with some lighter paint colours. Black and dark grey a bit dark and dingy. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.
