Breakfast was not included but provided by a separate restarant it the building
This is a fairlu new hotell and I believe there are details that can be improved in for instants the bathroom, but overall is there a good intention of creating a high standard hotel

Location perfect. Airport transfers come and go from in front if the hotel. Ferries to Valletta, Three cities and Gozo from the near piers. Personnel friendly, though knowledge about local issues should be better. Bed excellent, shower excellent. The pool with a view at 16th floor was a surprise.
Room has no storage space for clothers. Only one small rack for hanging clothes and that is visible on top of a cabinet. There is no good space for several persons's clothes. You also see them constantly, which kind of is not the thing on holiday you want to focus on daily.

This was a very last minute reservation for us due to electricity outages in Valletta. This hotel is still partially still under construction which we only realized after check in.
The location and sea view room are excellent over looking Valletta with fantastic AC and Julia on reception was so lovely to deal with. This hotel has great potential but they need to put a few measures in place. There is a very small roof top pool which is supposed to close at 9pm however some guests while we were there used it all night running up and down to their rooms disturbing other guests. If you are looking for a quiet hotel this is not it unless they put some changes in place regarding the pool. The restaurant is also not open yet and there are some teething problems with the plumbing. Hopefully when it's complete it will be a great hotel.
Very noisy , no control over roof top pool. No dining facilities and some teething problems with plumbing and house keeping. All these issues are easily solved and the hotel could be amazing. Lacking a hotel manager , only has 1 person on reception at a time who during the day appears under alot of pressure.
