Really liked the buffet breakfast and the upstairs pool views!

Thought the staff were at times not as knowledgeable about things to do around the area/ would give us inaccurate info. But they were still friendly

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of delicious food. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool — the pool itself is great and the view over Mellieħa is absolutely stunning. The location is also very convenient, with bus stops nearby providing easy connections to different parts of Malta. Overall, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that we didn’t like. We had a very pleasant stay and were extremely happy with the hotel.

Outdoor heated pool was brilliant, our deluxe suite was really spacious, staff attentive when requesting a fan for the room. Staff also very attentive in the cafe area.

Rooms not ‘cleaned’ daily just bedding tidied up, bins emptied and towels changed. Crumbs on the floor not cleaned up, dirt in shower floor not cleaned, fridge a little old/rusty, they didn’t replenish the water in the room everyday, and the AC was set to heating (so approx 25 degrees) and we found it far too hot! We are from the UK so 18 degrees is hot to us and we were sweating overnight. The front desk explained that the whole system was set to heating so we couldn’t have the AC on cold. Issue one morning with breakfast, it’s meant to open at 07:00 at 07:15 someone asked the front desk when was breakfast opening and they just said someone will be down shortly. No body came down so people let themselves into the breakfast room and none of the drinks were ready. (Assuming staffing issue) some of the food wasn’t put out also. Only happened once in our stay but a little dissapointing. Also happened to have a power outage during our final night and this could not have been prevented but it cut out my mums cpap machine and it nearly suffocated her! It happened about 02:00 then the generator kicked in and the same outage happened again approx 02:30. Also the shower drain had two sides to it- one with a larger opening and it had been set down with the smaller opening so when I had my first shower the water flooded everywhere! So although they look nice not a practical design as the water was then flooding into the rest of the suite.
