The receptionist on check in, was so professional while being a human being rather than robot.
Robe and slippers on arrival for the adults.
The restaurant prices were very expensive for such cheap food.

All hotel facilities were good.
I didn't find the staff at the front desk particularly warm or friendly. They were helpful just on a functional level.
The beach at Ghadira Bay is just ok. The beach at Golden Bay need a clean up - it wouldn't take much effort to pick up litter or plastic debris on the beach as it's not that big.
