Honestly, it was an outstanding stay and a truly memorable experience in every detail at Jaz Neo Dar El Madinah in Marsa Alam. The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness and organization, and everything is clearly managed with great attention.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Without exception, they are extremely polite, professional, and always smiling. They go above and beyond to help and often fulfill requests even before you ask. They genuinely care about guests’ comfort and make the whole experience very smooth and enjoyable.
I would like to give special thanks to:
* Mr. Hassan Youssef, the Beverage Manager, who was always doing everything possible to make us comfortable and ensure we had the best experience
* Mr. Ahmed El Sayad chief who’s doing everything helpful to us
* Mohamed Khalid (in Asian Restaurant) for the excellent service and amazing food
* Mr. Samir Mohamed the man who’s always smile
* Osman , Hassan Galal , Mahmoud El Shahat , Abdallah Sabry
* Also Mahmoud (Housekeeping – Block 700) for the outstanding cleanliness and attention to detail
I hope I didn’t miss anyone, because honestly all the staff were amazing and made a real difference in our stay.
And special dedication to Mr. Ahmed Esmail (truly the best Guest Relations), who was following up with us even before arrival and taking care of every detail, big and small….Thank you 😊
The Aqua Park was also a major highlight of our trip. It was a big part of our daily activities, and the kids absolutely loved it and had so much fun.
The cleanliness level throughout the hotel, whether in the rooms or public areas, is exceptional, which is very important for any guest. The food quality is excellent with great variety, and all restaurants are at a high standard. The service overall is fast and well-organized.
The sea is also beautiful and very clean, which added even more to the enjoyment of the stay and made it a complete experience.
Only the animation night show if it could be shifted to start by 9:00 Pm will be suitable to child to join from the beginning
