Friendly helpful staff
Shuttle bus to airport is an outsourced service and the vans are not clearly labeled. If you don’t speak to the driver and confirm they don’t stop.

The breakfast buffet was nice and had variety of foods to choose from. The transfer to the airport came on time. The hotel is near a bus stop, so it was easy to reach the train connecting to Stockholm. If you need more towels or toilet paper - you can take what you need in the corridor. It's a budget hotel to stay at for one night near the airport.
The main problem we encountered was the transfer from the airport. We had reserved the transfer option a few months prior to our stay, when we arrived at the airport, we found the bus stop where the transfer was supposed to come. We were at the stop an hour prior to the transfer time (we were ready to wait for our designated time, just landed at the airport sooner) and we waited an hour after our transfer time, and in our two hour wait we didn't see any transfer bus to our hotel. There were several transfers to other hotels, but not this one. After waiting for an hour, we decided to call the hotel - the automated answer came in Swedish so that's where our call ended. Then we tried the hotel's AI chatbot - it said that the transfers come every 20min (which it does not), and to just try waiting for the other transfer times. Also tried reserving a transfer again - the given times were not even near the ones the chatbot provided, and even after trying a new reservation - the transfer never came. After this we tried Uber to the hotel, which was also practically impossible due to the concert happening in Stockholm, but finally after 2,5h we reached the hotel.
Minor problems with the rooms - one room was too hot, from the two windows we had only one worked, so the cooling was not great but enough, the other room was too cold with no buttons to control that. One of the rooms shower head did not stay on, so you had to hold it with your other hand while showering, and the drainage in the sink didn't work properly. Even though we knew this is a budget hotel, we expected a bit more.
