I had a spa there, they use L’occitane products which cannot buy on the high street. Worth to try!
You have to ask for the cookware in the reception.
Dislike the swimming pool which need to climb the spider stairs up, feel very dangerous with the wet foot.
During our stay, the phone was not working properly, so we are unable to call the reception.

The room was very spacious but lacked a bit in cleanliness (there were a few dirty spots on the floor, but nothing horrible). In general, staff was rather professional, so that was nice.
A huge minus for us was the fact that they gave us room in a building with a broken elevator. I booked in advance and it was a booking for a family with a baby, so it's quite obvious that we would be having a stroller with us. So we constantly had to move that stroller up and down the stairs cause they also gave us a room at the very end of the building, so it would be a long walk with a heavy baby, way too uncomfortable. It was unfortunate that they didn't think of giving us some complementary desert, wine, or spa treatment as a way of apologizing for such huge inconvenience. Also they have a bit unfortunate design of spa center, with a stairs that are leading to swimming pool, it was a bit dangerous, especially without any alternative. When you are holding slippery baby and trying to walk up the stairs... well, not for everyone. Also, if I were traveling alone with my baby, I had no idea how I would get out of the swimming pool cause there weren't any easy entrances to relaxing swimming pool. I'm also not sure what would I do if I would be on wheelchair. So I'm leaving with mixed feelings about that hotel.
