Beautiful design.
Regardless all the amazing reviews here on this property, unfortunately out experience was not great.
We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. After a long day of travelling from Belgium, we arrived after the reception working hours from 08:00-20:00. On the way I had a short conversation with the staff and they also assured me that the EV charge point has been booked for us, which was one of the reasons we chose for this hotel, along with the fact that they are available in case of questions even after 20:00. So by arrival, EV charge point was blocked by a car, therefore no charging for us. Room was prepared for only 2 people instead of 4. There were only 2 towels and no bed linnen. At all. It was also painfully clear that nobody has cleaned under the bed, the amount of dirt was incredible, no need to look under the bed to see it. There was mold in the shower soap dish. I tried to call reception and reached a very grumpy lady who spoke no English and dropped the call and they did not answer to my messages nor in English, nor Polish (hello google translate). Breakfast was delicious.
At this point I do not recommend this hotel.
