I absolutely can’t wait to be back again.

I love Puro so there was no surprise that it was amazing. Very clean hotel, you can choose level of pillow softness and staff is simply brilliant! Everyone very kind and always with smile and very professional. They are also very flexible, no extra charge for late check-out which is great! Voucher for welcome drink at the check in and the most wonderful breakfast you can imagine.

The little suggestion- would be great to have possibility to get small, standing mirror on request, like with the pillows. Women like to sit down whilst doing make up- especially you have an armchair and little side table in the room so would be perfect.

Świetnie zaprojektowana przestrzeń wspólna

Pokoje z mankamentami - tablet do sterowania temperaturą i światłami działa jak chce (lub w ogóle), na gorącą wodę pod prysznicem trzeba było czekać dłuższą chwilę. Sauna i siłownia mikro, chyba tylko po to, żeby odhaczyć filtr na Bookingu.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Mieliśmy wszystko co potrzeba!:)

Wszystkie udogodnienia: bardzo wygodne pokoje, siłownia, sauna, dostępne śniadanka wieczorem restauracja i bar, przepyszna kawka i herbata w lobby, można poprostu w hotelu wsiąść na rowerek i przemierzyć poznan;) personel przemiły i pomocny!

Angenehmes modernes Hotel in Nähe des Alten Marktplatzes

Schön designtes komfortables Hotel nahe am schönen alten Marktplatz. Tolles Frühstücksbuffer! Mit Fitness-und Wellnessangebot sowie dem Angebot einer kostenlosen Stadtführung am Sonnabend, die sehr gut ist und die man auch mitmachen sollte, wenn man Posen schon kennt. Fahrräder kann man auch ausleihen.

PURO is altijd goed.

Zoals altijd was het weer een heel.prettig verblijf. Een super vriendelijke ontvangst en een snelle check-in. Kamer was uitstekend, schoon en een fantastisch bed. Perfecte Wi-Fi. Geweldig ontbijt en hele goede koffie. PURO is een perfect hotel, voor zowel zakelijk als ook prive verblijven.

Pobyt w Puro to zawsze wielka przyjemność. Przytulne wnętrza i znakomita obsługa.

Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji, zarówno śniadania jak i kolacje. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji.

Obsługa kelnerska mogłaby być trochę bardziej uważna i taktowna, np. nie przychodzić w trakcie jedzenia i pytać czy smakuje, kiedy akurat ma się jedzenie w ustach. Długie oczekiwanie na obsługę kelnerską.

Great hotel with nice amenities close to all.

We had a nice big room - Jr suite - on a corner. big bathroom. enjoyed breakfast, free coffee and afternoon smoothies. nice lobby and outdoor tables. used the gym and likes having one. walking distance to all. Parking very convenient.

We did not know the whole old town was torn up. I was very sad to not see the gorgeous old town it all its glory.

Excellent staying but the parking is pricey

Nice location, very good breakfast and a nice and tidy room. The staff was also very friendly and competent

I had to pay extra for parking, and the price was much higher than the public parking lots, which are also free of charge between 8pm and 8am.

Poznan city break

The hotel was in a good quiet location, 5 mins walk from the central square. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of nice free extras tea and coffee available in lobby, bikes and walking tour guide for city. Rooms were comfortable and clean, ironing room available. Everything seemed to have been thought about! Food was excellent, and a lovely new outdoor terrace area.

Average hotel, at the level of 3-star hotels

The price per night in the hotel was very high , and the hotel equipment, rooms, uncomfortable beds , on wheels ? thin mattresses, falling off the bed frame no mini bar in the room - did not meet the standards of such an expensive hotel. I expected better conditions

A good stay, very comfy room and bed, let down by a cheap/damaged towel & no in room bathroom kit

breakfast and staff excellent.

One of the towels was actually falling apart. Price was 50% more than a couple of weeks before and very very expensive for the location.

LOVELY AS USUAL

Breakfast is delicious. Staff are super friendly. Beds are a dream.

They serve food until 10pm, and the restaurant refused to serve us dinner in the hotel's play/lobby area where we were playing board games. We just wanted a snack and drinks :( We then ordered food from Wolt, and that was that.

Almost perfect stay in Poznan

The modern style, comfortable lighting. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Complimentary umbrella on a rainy day.

The digital system in the room was a bit confusing, room was too hot and I could not find how to take the temperature down. Also, desk had marks from previous customer.

the hotel is very cozy , well designed and look so new . it has a great location, close to everything by walking distance whether city center , bars or restaurants. the staff were so kind and helpful.
