Driving in Poznan is difficult I picked it because it was the one hotel I could easily access and get to their underground parking. The city otherwise is maddening in poor parking and road design. The bar is nice. The staff helpful. Room was great. Nice shower.
They had issues taking my wolt food delivery at reception or letting him up to drop my order at my room. Parking is a bit pricey. Elevators didn’t close all the way so you could see the floors going past as you moved.

breakfast was excellent and full of food and staff top up very fast and every thing was very clean,
it was. massive restaurant and beautiful view,
staff very friendly and kind,
I can't find any negative point ,every thing was great and no excuses for complain ,
and also staff very kind and helpful ,

Breakfast was great, comfy beds, room
we arrived at 5 o'clock to check in, but there was a very long queue at the reception. We had to wait 1.5 hours because there was only 1 desk. seriously? For such big size hotel only one person accepts check in? I have never stood in such a long queue at a hotel anywhere in the world...
