The location was good for what we wanted to do. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Their English was good.
Most places where we stayed offered complimentary coffee. This hotel charged for the coffee in the lobby. We had a little difficulty finding the hotel.
This is the review that I wrote for the Chmielna in Warsaw, How it got confused with the Wloski in Poznan, I do not know. The review saying the tram location was good and the free complimentary coffee is the correct one for the Wloski.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice interiors particularly in the common areas. Rooms clean and nicely done, although I wouldn't call it boutique.
Additional charge for car park.

Nice comfortabele rooms! Friendly staff!
Breakfast. I am lactose intolerant, if i eat lactose i am sick for 24 hours. There were almost no lactose free options. So i paid a lot and could not eat a decent breakfast.
