Very comfortable and clean room, lovely breakfast and facilities in general
A bit too noisy in the room. Could hear sounds from the road. I think secondary windows could be a good option to minimise the noise.

The amenities that were included as well as being able to have both the built-in restaurant and a bar at the bottom of the hotel was very convenient. In addition being able to have access to the club lounge was exceptional as it had offer additional snacks and drinks with some other areas for quiet work if you needed to do any type of telework that were available and it had a TV to be able to change channels or have Wi-Fi so that was a nice amenity to include. Everything inside of the room itself was very good with having another built-in table and having the mini fridge was favorable. Having access to an iron as well as the coffee machine there was very useful and I could restock it with the hotel staff and I need given point of the day.
The shower inside the room itself it had a glass shelf that protected you from when you were showering however at the bottom there was a gap and it looked like it was very movable when it should not have be when I attempted to look to see if it needed any type of adjustments it looked like he was about to come out of the wall as well as the Gap that was at the very bottom allowed water to seep out when you were taking a shower causing a lot of water to build up at the bottom. That is my only recommendation is either to reinstall that glass fixture for the shower or to redo the Gap at the bottom with a like a caulking gun or some type of residue to lock out the water and to keep it within the shower only.

Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Professional staff. Requested for reserved parking space and was granted. Only 20-minute easy walk to the Old Town. Surface tram station right in front of the hotel.
The towels stank. They smelled worse than moldy. Smelled more like they weren't washed at all! The shower drain was clogged and took ages to drain. The room itself needed some serious rehabilitation. The seams (especially those in the bathroom) were cracked and peeling. The lobby interior design was tired, cold and uninspired.
