Przyjemny

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Przyjemny widok z okna. Jedzenie smaczne, różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie na zimno/na ciepło/wege i mięsne. Główne łóżko duże i wygodne. Długo otwarta siłownia. Miły i pomocny personel.

Niemiłe zaskoczenie w postaci kaucji za pokój. Przy meldunku informacja, że kaucja od razu zostaje zwrócona bo to tylko blokada na koncie a przy wymeldowaniu informacja, że kaucja została pobrana z konta i zostanie zwrócona do 7-10dni. Kanapa na, której spał syn, okropnie trzeszczała i po środku miała spore wgłębienie. Na minus, (w niedzielę Wielkanocną) brak możliwości zjedzenia na obiad dań z karty - jedyna możliwość to skorzystanie z brunchu, z mocno ograniczonym wyborem.

Miło i przyjemnie jednak z lekkim niedosytem

Bardzo czysto , świetne łóżko i pościel , miła obsługa fajna lokalizacja

Ale sam hotel lata świetności ma już chyba za sobą, niby szczegół ale brak gniazdek elektrycznych przy łóżkach jest sporym problemem, basen to powiedzmy większa wanna, no i śniadania niby wszystko jest ale przy dłuższym pobycie nudzą się strasznie po 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu można by było spodziewać się troszkę więcej . A i Wifi nie kodowane to mocna przesada.

Żałuję, że musiałam wyjeżdżać

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, świetne WiFi, duży wybór na śniadaniu , ciepla woda w basenie i herbata w holu, gdy zmarzłam po spacerze.

Dzięki hotelowi pobyt był bardzo przyjemny i komfortowy

Bardzo miła obsługa, a podczas śniadania młodzi ludzie uczący się. Bardzo doceniam , że hotel daje takie możliwości młodym ludziom. Fajny bar, gdzie można oglądać Ligę Mistrzów

Udało mi się wypocząć w pokoju, na basenie i w pokoju klubowym! Czuje się 5 gwiazdek!

Wszystko na wysokim poziomie, bardzo duże i bardzo wygodne łóżko, super szczelne okna zabezpieczające przed hałasem z zewnątrz, różnorodne śniadanie, duży asortyment kosmetyków i przyborów higienicznych (grzebień, szczotka do zębów, patyczki i waciki higieniczne, pilnik itd)

Nie podobało mi się, że prywatnej suszarki nie mogłam podłączyć w łazience

I liked the breakfast and the exceptional service given by your floor staff and supervisor manager of the restaurant. Chef that cooked my omelette was very friendly and quick to cook and serve. 10 0ut of 10

Your general manager that manages the front desk, he isn't customer focused or at least doesn't show it.maybe I saw him on a bad day. Needs to smile and say hello to the guests. He's not very approachable aloof perhaps but not welcoming. Walked away from me when I walked up to the front desk just looked like hes not happy to be there. The other front line staff were professional polite and gave great customer service with a smile!

Very comfortable stay with nice breakfast

Clean, friendly staffs, everything works well in the room and outside facilities as well. Breakfast was also great with a lot of options of cold and warm foods as well as drinks Location is 10 minutes walk to train station

Spa area especially the pool is so small, 5 people in then it's already crowded I don't really like the design of the shower in my room where the glass divider covers only a half of the shower room's lenght so the water splash outside so it's wet in front of bathroom sink

Great Hotel I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other people.

Great location for exhibition center (just across the road) also a straight run and not a very high taxi cost from the airport. The staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge.

Only thing I could have done with as a business traveler was a desk in the room!

Superb

Everything was just great apart from the sofa bed which was not comfortable at all. I think is the only point to be improved. Amazing staff, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Swimming pool is small but we could enjoy anyway. Super recommend.

the only good thing about this hotel is helpful staff.

Do not stay at this hotel. The standards of this place are closer to 3-star hotel, everything looks used, with cracks and MOLD at every step. The breakfast: plates are staying empty, the dishes and drinks are being served very slow. The food that I ordered came cold. The variety of food is very poor. It is cold during breakfast as the restaurant is close to the entrance. SPA zone: soap and towels are not replenished on time. there is mold, rust and cracks at every corner. it is not pleasant to be in there, you can't call it a spa zone. the lightening is too bright, no pleasant atmosphere whatsoever. Tiny sauna per each dressing room ( no chance to spend time with your spouse) Hotel rooms: MOLD in the bathrooms, the mattresses are soft and not pleasant to sleep on. Signs of previously putted cups on the furniture. the ventilation system was not working properly, it was extremely cold, however a technician improved the situation a little bit, but not fully. the standard of a more expensive room is no different than from cheaper one. Service : charged extra money for delivery of breakfast to hotel room ( +10 more than it was described in the instruction) . I was offered a better room for the inconviniences which basically was not different at all from the older one, and the access to the "club area" where you could basically have a free coffee, cheap dinner and drinks on the cheapest alcohol. This is an absolutely devastating experience, this hotel should not have even 4 stars, due to disgusting and unprofessional moments, which you can find a lot in there. Pick a newer 4 star in Poznan.
