To że była studniówka tego dnia. Uważam, że goście powinni być uprzedzani o tym fakcie. Noc była średnia, prawie nieprzespana. Na dodatek okno nieszczelne, więc poza hałasem z korzystania również hałas z przed hotelu.

Convenient, clean but a bit on the noisy side

The hotel is located in the city center, so it was easy to get to and from it. There are many tram lines nearby, but everything is within walkable distances. Within 10-15 minutes you can find plenty of places to dine in too. The hotel room conveniently had a kettle, so we were able to make some nice teas we took with us (there were some complementary ones too, but just a few sachets). Clean. Comfy beds.

We switched the room facing the Święta Jadwiga street, because the noise was unbearable for us. In the new room there was still a bit noise during the weekend night (our windows now were facing Stary Browar gallery) - some party going on somewhere. We suspect the casino below or some room below, hard to tell where the sound was coming from. Also the shower drain was clogging, so we couldn't shower for too long (even my usual 3-5 minutes were almost too long) nor use the water stream on the higher velocity, otherwise it would overflow on the bathroom floor.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca Poznan Glowny jak rowniez w niedalekiej odleglosci od Szarego Miasta. W sasiectwie Galeria Stary Browar. Kompletne wyposazenie lazienki, reczniki, kosmetyki do kapieli, suszarka do wlosow. Pokoj przyjemny, bardzo wygodne lozko i poduszki. Na wyposazeniu pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Bardzo mila obsluga w recepcji.

Czysto, cicho.

Klimatyzacja nie dawała ciepła. Nie dało się podkręcić ogrzewania. Personel tragiczny, trzeba o wszystko się upraszczać, miałem wrażenie że byłem traktowany jak zło koniecznie. Albo przemęczeni albo sfrustrowani nie wiem co im jest. Odpływ nie działał, woda stała w brodziku. Parking drogi ale problem też był z wyjechaniem, potrzeba jakiś papierków żeby wyjechać więc domagajcie się u recepcjonisty.

Najlepsze hotelowe śniadanie, mega duży wybór dań, napoji, przekąsek, wszystko świeże i pyszne. Osobne stanowisko do wyciskania świeżych soków!

Można było odnieść wrażenie, że słychać sąsiadów, szczególnie w łazience.

XXI wiek i brak wifi w pokojach ?? Przyznamy, że lekki zawód, nieco skromnie - jak noclegownia ...

- Wygodne łóżka - prysznic - cisza - umiejscowienie hotelu

- brak czajnika - brak wifi - na zjazd windą trzeba było czekać ok 10min - dziwny nakaz podróży windą 1 osoby co i tak nie jest kompletnie przestrzegane - zakaz korzystania z suszarki w łazience (pomimo, że jest na wyposażeniu)

Był do bani a to wszystko zawdzięczam Pani która nie zgodziła się na oddanie mi pieniędzy.

Nie podobało mi się to, że mimo iż miałem taką opcję to nie mogłem skrócić swojego pobytu i odzyskać pieniędzy. Jakaś kobieta się na to nie zgodziła dlatego po ostrzegam WSZYSTKICH przed taką praktyką. Pobyt i tak skróciłem bo tu nie chodziło o pieniądze a o ZASADY. Szczerze nie polecam.

Superlocatie recht tegenover de Browary shopping, op wandelafstand oud centrum, uitgebreid ontbijt maar wel rumoerige ruimte, praktische badkamer met ligbad, elke dag drinkwater in flesjes op de kamer, zeer gezellige restauranthoek in de lounge met lekker eten en gezellige drankjes. Goed bed met zacht beddengoed

traag tempo aan de receptie, personeel in t algemeen nogal stug en onvriendelijk

Mogło być lepiej. Hotel ma jeszcze sporo do udoskonalenia

Dobra lokalizacja, śniadanie OK, pokój przestronny

Dwie osoby na wspólnej z drugim hotelem recepcji to zdecydowanie za mało. Dodatkowo, jedna recepcjonistka dopiero uczyła się i była niesamodzielna, w związku z tym zameldowanie trwało dwa razy dłużej, a w tym hotelu jest to i tak długi proces. Przy dużym obłożeniu hotelu (konferencja + początek weekendu) , a co za tym idzie i zatłoczonej restauracji, zjedzenie kolacji graniczyło z cudem. Kelnerzy, pomimo dobrych chęci nie byli w stanie obsłużyć gości restauracji. Generalnie hotel chyba cierpi na niedobór kadr, co bardzo odbija się na komforcie pobytu.

Good for a city break

It was ok, the price was fine. I didn’t order any food, there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby so I would recommend some local food instead of “hotel food”.

Good for a short stay, but stay away if you like a quiet night sleep

Rooms are pretty large and the place feels spacious. The bathroom had a great walk-in shower and everything we needed during one night's stay. The staff was amicable and helpful. The hotel has a large lobby with a restaurant and bar and a large room to store your luggage prior to and after your stay (secured by the staff).

Our room had a great view of Stary Browr and was far from the neighbouring construction site, but was situated in front of the emergency exit door, which was slammed all night long by guests or staff members. Besides, the room ventilation was connected with other rooms and we had to call the hotel staff to calm down the guests upstairs to be able to fall asleep (after midnight!). The staff was very helpful and the issue was resolved quickly, but it will make me think twice before booking again.

Passable

Toilet seat loose. Shower varied between scalding hot and ice cold continually. Revolving doorsticks and will not move. Good very expensive. Windows so thin that tram woke you up. Late luggage delivered but they could not find it. Finally found a staff member who did. Would not stay there again

Great quality/price value. Helpfull staff. Walking distance from the main train station, old town and Stary Browar mall. Fast connection by tram to the Tumski island and Cytadela park.

Decent hotel, quite close to the train station and to the city center (but you have to walk a little bit).

Bed pillows were uncomfortable. The entrance to the hotel was located weirdly, you'd have to go around the building if approaching from the train station. There was a construction in the next building, a bit noisy sometimes.

Wonderful staff

Ibis Hotel exceeded my ecxpectations. I arrived with my daughter to bring her in the morning to the language camp. Since the very beginning the staff was amazingly and unassumingly helpful. Great young people. The receptionist women, the breakfast gentlemen and ladies, cleaning ladies, the lady at the evening bar. The hotel is spotless clean. I often stay at IBIS hotels at numerous locations in Europe not to exceed the costs but to focus on business and I may honestly say that the staff at this hotel gave me priority experience and it truly deserves best of appreciation from whoever manages them. I would love to have these people at my company. Truly. So, if you are their manager... take good care of them.

There should be some more efficient road signs about how to get to the parking underground place.
