Hotel is in a great location. It is very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and although we didn't dine there, the menu looked very appetising.

Location and cleanliness
Either just room 21 has serious issues with the shower, or it’s the whole hotel. I asked about it at reception, but was told you just have to fiddle with the shower. I’ve been showering for nearly 40 years so to insult my intelligence as to suggest it’s normal to have a shower that goes HOT then COLD constantly is not good service. A shower makes up a major part of a hotel stay, and was shrugged off twice by the same receptionist. I’ve stayed here in the past and wrongly assumed the service and facilities would be the same. I was not offered an alternative room or reimbursement. I tried for 10 minutes on three occasions to make the shower stay the same temperature. Just take my money and provide cr@p service. I’ll be taking it elsewhere in future.
