Breakfast excellent, location perfect for the old town bars and restaurants. Quite a poor bar area for a Hampton by Hilton hotel.
No milk in rooms for coffee, had to ask at reception and got passed between the receptionist and bar staff. We also had to pay for additional tea bags because we had run out in our room as it wasn't sufficiently stocked. Not really what I expect of a Hampton by Hilton hotel.

Location was great
Front desk staff were very mixed - some very helpful and some offhand. There responsiveness to requests for information and support was mixed. I'd asked for a quiet room but the noise from the road (including sirens at 1.30am made sleeping challenging)
