Friendly efficient staff, good breakfast buffet, water station at each floor, good wifi. Comfortable bar/restaurant. Aircon/hvac was appreciated.
Bed was slightly hard but that's personal, not a complaint.

Staff were so nice to support us as always and everything that we asked.
If I need to find it, there was not much amenities like toothbrush. And water is in the room but it was with Gas. I wanted without gas.

Communication with a staff online was weird. Not organized, not a professional team. Phone number is just existing, no one picking up the phone. I’ve been trying to call them during a whole day.
