The staff was absolutely fantastic - very welcoming, spoke good English (which very often isn't the case in Poland), all aspects of our stay were very thought through, and all requests - fulfilled. From me and my parents I want to express separate respect and gratitude towards Tomas who was working at the reception and restaurant the night we arrived. The sense of humor this kind sir has and the spectacular service-mindedness was what made our stay unforgettable - from shared jokes after more than 14 hours of road for me and my family, to him making me French fries 5 minutes before the kitchen is supposed to close down. All love for Tomas! We were staying there during the Christmas time, and all of the hotel was decorated beautifully! Overall very modern and practical choice of furniture and interior design in the hotell as well. The cleaning crew waited until we checked out to clean our rooms despite them having to wait in order to do this, as all the other guest rooms had already been cleaned. The rooms themselves were tidy and contained everything we needed. Good bathroom facilities with all of the needed toiletries, quite a lot of daylight coming into the rooms, kettle + tea, coffee, even earplugs! Big enough beds, comfortable as well. The breakfast included was also pretty good - good variety for different diets and preferences offered, the kitchen staff always kept an eye on what's running out and brought more of the food item. Truly all around amazing stay. This hotel overcame our expectations and was everything and more for the price! This stay felt like home! Bravo!
This is not a fault of the hotel itself, but we had very loud teenage neighbors from the floor below, whose party could be heard very well even after the "quiet hours" had started. In cases like these, everything can be heard even from a floor above if the sound levels are high. This is when came in handy the earplugs provided in each room! :D

The room was nice, bed very comfortable and the sheets were of good quality.
The staff were grumpy and confused at the check-in.
The breakfast was rather basic.
The sauna as advertised in the pictures at the time of the booking was not available.
