Overall a great stay and would use them again.

Great hotel and very professional / friendly staff.

TV didn’t have any signal and Wifi was hit and miss for internet connection in the room.

Excellent location, clean and friendly hotel with good food and helpful staff

Breakfast excellent the 3 bed room was amazing on our last night as daughter joined us to travel home and wish we had chosen instead of double as was really lovely. All staff really friendly and Manager was really helpful and lovely.

Tiny room window, no light, and amenities not working despite 650EUR for 2 nights

The hotel was in a very good location. It is in the center of town, near the main restaurants and shops. The decoration is nice, and adequate for a 4-star hotel. 5th January update - to be taken into consideration after seeing the hotel's response to my review: Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed response to my negative review. In response, might I propose the following comments. 1. Once again, you continue to mislead about the images of the room and their reflectiveness. In fact, I based my comments on the photos of your most basic "Standard Room", so there is indeed no misunderstanding from my end, and I am not basing my expectations on better rooms, which I have no doubt you would charge a lovely and large premium for. 2. Regarding the parking, thank you for informing me. Your point on free parking being upon request is noted. 3. As for the wifi, I will kindly reconfirm that during the entirety of our trip, we used cell data, since neither in the room nor in the restaurant did your wifi work. 4. While my review is indeed negative, so is your approach towards taking on customers' opinions. I am happy to acknowledge my own errors, as I mentioned regarding the price I paid. I also acknowledge your location and the decoration. What I will not do, is write any positive opinions I do not have, based on you telling me to do so, such as for your restaurant (the waiters - I stress, the waiters - whom are lovely, may I add). I do not blame the hotel for me paying an additional price, since this is mentioned in your booking confirmation. What I DO complain about, is a service which is not at all representative of a 300+ euro per night stay. If you don't like my opinion, that is fine - but I trust that my review may be useful to others planning a stay at your hotel. Kind regards and happy holidays, G

Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that went wrong this trip. It started from a mistake from my end - I booked a room for 1 person on booking instead of 2, so upon arriving at the hotel I was told to pay an additional 150 euros for 2 nights, bringing the total room price up to 630 euros. Having paid 300 euros + per night, we expect a level of quality which we did not receive: - The room pictures are completely misleading. Our room was on the top floor and had a small window near the ceiling, like a skylight. Therefore, there is zero view, and very little light. - Upon mentioning this, the hotel staff disappointingly made little effort to change us to another room or to find a solution. - The hotel mentions free parking for its guests. On our second day, the parking was full, and we were told that we had to find somewhere else to park by our own accord. The alternative was a 10-minute walk away, which we had to pay for ourselves, and transport our heavy luggage (e.g. skis) to-and-from. We were not offered space in the hotel's paid parking - again, far below the standard of a 4-star hotel charging a minimum of 300+ EUR per night. - The Wifi did not work, neither in our room or in the hotel facilities such as the restaurant where breakfast was served. - The elevator located directly outside our room on the 4th floor made a constant loud ticking noise during our stay, which was heard throughout the night while we tried to sleep. Basic elements of this hotel do not work properly, which if addressed properly, could be understandable from a customer's point-of-view. However, the management staff at this hotel made little effort to fix any of our issues, and our frustration was met with a simple "oh well". When planning my next trip to Bormio, I will be sure not to stay at this hotel.

the room I later had - 514 was very hot - 28 degrees. the staff gave me a Dan, but I think the building needs to be cooler. my other room was 25 degrees - still too hot.

as returning Guess , we found the experiance not as pleasurable as before. the courtesy skibus not longer avaibale. the rooms are not well insulated, so you can hear everything so it is difficult to rest well and the room was not well heated

Especially chosen for it’s parking garage. But… the garage which holds 12 spots are all taken by staff. You are redirected to the grounds outside. That only has 8 places. Most of them are occupied by hotel shuttles. The hotel has over 50 rooms. So as for the parking you need to park in the street… Somewhere… As for my special equipped car to my disability that is not an option. I can’t even walk all the way back to the hotel grounds!132,00 for a single bedroom was well spent with a closed off parking or on private property as promised in the booking details. For a 1 person bedroom in a 13 square meter bedroom that was way over spent! Also, beware, the hotel does make photocopies of your passport in a different office space. They even take the privacy protection off it. That I mentioned. Because it is only allowed for official purposes by embassies, police or customs. Not for hotels and anybody else. I wasn’t able to get the copy to either blank out my social security number or to destroy it. Even upon check out I couldn’t get the copy.
